Semi-private training is the flagship of Crystal Coast Strength and Conditioning. This class provides personal training in small groups of no more than six people. This provides an affordable personal training model in which each client is trained one on one during all periods of activity. This builds camaraderie and provides a mutually supportive group all while maintaining the integrity of the coach-client relationship.
Our semi-private program is based upon but not limited to the Starting Strength Method. You can expect to learn the four basic barbell lifts (squat, press, deadlift and bench) while following a linear progression designed to get you strong. Each lift is observed by a Starting Strength Coach with cues and corrections during and following each set. This invaluable instant feedback ensures safe and effective execution.
